Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of website service quality on repurchase intentions mediated by consumer satisfaction lazada.co.id. This type of research is the causality of a quantitative approach. The research population is lazada. co. id consumers who have used the site at least two times. Data collection techniques with a questionnaire of 100 respondents. Validity testing uses factor analysis and reliability testing using Cronbach'sAlpa. The data analysis technique uses path analysis with the SPSS program. The results of the research website service quality variables have a significant effect on the intention to repurchase indirectly through lazada.co.id customer satisfaction of 29,3%while the remaining 70,7% is influenced by other variables.
